Herman has a wide variety of experience in project execution, and has led teams in all project phases – from pre-feasibility engineering through to operations and maintenance. His experience in a number of water treatment plants has enabled him to have an excellent understanding of Capex and Opex for different technologies in different geographic areas. He also understands the requirements and deliverables for industry project execution models.
