Johan’s day to day consists of preparation of engineering design deliverables for projects (BFD’s, PFD’s, process datasheets, P&IDs, line lists, valve lists, instrument lists, RAT lists and design reports), providing assistance with unit operation sizing and rating calculations, performance monitoring of multimedia filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems for mine water treatment plants and pilot plants, hydraulic model building and simulation using Fathom, mass processing of pilot plant analytical data using Python, as well as witness factory acceptance testing of procured pumps.
