Consisting of pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution and maintenance, we provide custom engineering and design solutions based on the facility’s specific requirements. Our solutions are not only customisable but also deployable in a short time, ensuring the majority of a mine’s challenges are addressed timeously.

Impacted Mine Water Treatment Phases
Pre-feasibility
In the pre-feasibility phase of a project, we work closely with the water balance on-site to determine the water treatment requirements–from what to how much. From there, we propose the appropriate technology that will serve as a cost-effective solution.
Feasibility
During the feasibility phase, we further define which engineering deliverables are required and produce accurate cost estimates. Our operations in Ghana lend us country-specific experience relating to capital and operating costs.
Execution
In the execution phase, we work closely with the client’s preferred EPC or EPCM contractor to deliver the best possible solution. We then commission, operate and maintain the facility to conform to the EPA requirement for third-party operation.
Mobile Treatment Plants
We’ve developed 30L/s mobile treatment plants that can be deployed in a relatively short period of time. These plants include the best practices relating to technology, size and maintenance to address the majority of challenges experienced at mines.
Plant Audits and Optimisation
Our technical team evaluates the existing operation in the larger operations environment and proposes modifications or changes to the operating regime to optimize performance. The typical activities start with a site visit after which a chemical model of the plant is built, and recommendations derived from the output of the model. We specifically look at recoveries, cleaning regimes and chemicals used.
